In 1999, Barbara Ganim published Art and Healing, a testament to the power of creativity,Ê This book explains how to use guided meditation and artistic techniques to gain insight and clarity into depression, anxiety, rage, and illnesses including cancer, arthritis, and AIDS.Ê

Now this information is available as a nine hour audio cassette program. Barbara begins the series by introducing the concepts behind art and healing, sharing her own story, and outlining the tools needed to complete the exercises.
